LEWELLO® Return Policy

Return Period

LEWELLO® is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • You purchased the product from www.lewello.com within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging and condition.
  • The product has not been used or damaged.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any product returned more than 30 days after placement of the order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email us at support.lewello@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will respond with instructions for returning your product, including an address and, if applicable, a shipping label.
  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include any accessories or gifts included in your order.
  4. Ship the product to the provided address. Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
